Breast Cancer Awareness

October is upon us! While the leaves begin to change to their beautiful reds and golds and we adorn our front steps with carved pumpkins, we cannot forget this is also the month for breast cancer awareness. Let every pink ribbon be a reminder to schedule your annual mammograms and to perform your regular self-examinations.

As early detection is key, the National Breast Cancer Foundation has an excellent breast self-exam tutorial so that you can routinely check your breasts for lumps or other irregularities in between annual appointments. Please remember, heaven forbid the time should come when you need our help, we are always here to offer a supportive and skilled hand on your road to recovery.
