We would like to wish everyone a blessed and happy Veteran’s Day! We are forever thankful to our friends, family, and patients who have proudly served in our nation’s Armed Forces. We admire the courage and bravery they display each and every day in their commitment to serving this country. We also would like to show appreciation and thanks to all of the military families standing behind our soldiers and veterans.

Dr. Mary Ella Carter is proud to be serving our veterans. She was previously part of the surgical team in the Department of Veterans Affairs, and she continues to care for veterans as patients at our DC practice.

As summer vacation draws to a close, we’d like to wish everyone a happy and healthy school year! We hope that this school year will be filled with smiling faces as we begin returning to the classroom. At the office we are looking forward to the beautiful fall weather and hope to continue seeing patients in the safest way possible. Best of luck to our wonderful family and friends in all of their endeavors as we head into the fall season, and an extra special congratulations to all of our former staff members who will begin continuing their professional studies this upcoming school year.

Stay safe, be thoughtful, wear your masks, and don’t forget to get vaccinated! And to those who are already vaccinated, get ready for your booster shot!

Happy Fourth of July! With everyone in America coming together to celebrate freedom as a nation, Dr. Carter wanted to take the time to wish everyone a wonderful fourth of July weekend. Hopefully this celebratory day is filled with fireworks, flags, parades, and more!

On Sunday May 9th we celebrate the wonderful women who raised us throughout our early years and continue to give us ongoing support. Love and guidance from a mother is something that we will be forever grateful for. They never fail to offer advice, and we would like to take the time to thank these mothers for all the hard work they’ve done. Happy Mother’s Day from the Carter Crew!

The sun is shining, the weather is warming, and it is finally springtime! Here at Dr. Carter’s office, we are excited for the beauty and all the welcome change spring will bring us. We hope you all take the time to enjoy the beautiful weather and new blossoms. As we reflect on this past year, we are staying positive as we hope for brighter days and better news.
