COVID-19: April Edition
Normally during this time of year, we celebrate new beginnings: flowers sprouting from the ground, trees in bloom, and families gathering for Easter, Passover, and Ramadan. However, as we progress further into the weeks of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are staying indoors to practice social distancing and quarantine.
Yet all the while, our practice is committed to help battle the virus and do everything we can to support our community. Currently, we have limited our practice significantly, only seeing emergency cases like wounds, falls, or emergencies. Our goal is to practice social distancing while also helping out patients avoid a trip to the Emergency Department. We are fighting every day to protect our patients and those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Even during these tough times, positives are revealed. Our community is rallying together to show love and support even from afar. The healthcare workers of Sibley are tirelessly working on the frontlines as well as our staff who have answered the call of caring for patients in need. Our community is showing strength now and we will inevitably show resilience when we return back to normal.
In the meantime, take a look at Laura and Taj who have been helping Dr. Carter with patients! They continue to dedicate themselves to caring for patients and we can’t thank them enough.
Stay strong and be safe!
