Yoga for Women Cancer Survivors at Sibley
Yoga specifically geared towards women cancer survivors helps target specific muscles altered by breast surgery and reconstruction. The meditation and breathing aspects of this class are also key components in increasing relaxation and reducing stress during your chemotherapy treatments. Additionally, the class is a perfect way to meet other wonderful supporters on your journey to recovery.
The first session of Yoga for Women Cancer Survivors is free and classes are seven dollars per class, with an option to purchase classes in a bundle. To register for Yoga for Women Cancer Survivors, go to Sibley.org/yoga or contact Pam Goetz at pgoetz4@jhmi.edu or (202) 243-2320.
